Plain-language rules for using DoFollow Press Release. Read them once — they don't change often.
1. The service
DoFollow.Press distributes press releases to a curated network of publishers. Every placement includes a dofollow backlink to your specified URL, and remains live for the lifetime of the publisher's domain.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm that submitted content is accurate, is not defamatory, does not infringe copyright or trademarks, and complies with our content guidelines. You are responsible for the URLs and anchor text you supply.
3. Our guarantees
We commit to distribution within 24 hours of a valid submission, dofollow attribution on every placement, and permanent hosting. If any of these fail on a given placement, that placement is refunded — no ticket required, no arbitration.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued per-placement. A full campaign refund is issued when distribution does not start within 48 hours or when more than 25% of placements fail our guarantee. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Content rights
You retain all rights to your submitted content. You grant us and the publishers a perpetual, worldwide license to publish, remix, translate, and syndicate the release across our network.
6. Prohibited content
We do not accept adult content, illegal services, unlicensed financial products, hate speech, or content promoting violence. See our content guidelines for the full list. We reserve the right to reject submissions.
7. Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific campaign. We are not responsible for search-engine ranking outcomes, indirect damages, or lost profits.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active customers with 30 days' notice.
